二 | 结合辖区集体用餐配送单位分布和经营特点，制定专项评估检查计划，深化市区两级联动协作，对照《集体用餐配送单位食品安全评估检查表》标准要求，开展全覆盖、无死角专项排查。
三 | 本次专项行动出动执法人员18人次，完成辖区内6家集体用餐配送单位检查，梳理排查食品安全管理制度不齐全、食材包材索证索票不规范、部分生产经营硬件设施设备老化、后厨环境卫生不达标等各类问题54项。针对排查问题逐项登记，明确整改时限，督促企业逐条落实整改。精准开展“全维度”培训，压实企业主体责任。坚持以查促学、以训促改，同步组织开展食品安全专题培训，宣贯《集中用餐单位落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定》（市场监管总局98号令）核心内容，指导企业建立食品安全风险防控动态管理机制，结合实际制定《食品安全风险管控清单》，建立健全日管控、周排查、月调度工作机制。
四 | 围绕专项检查梳理的共性、高频问题，剖析风险根源，宣讲整改标准与日常管控要点，切实提升企业管理人员及从业人员规范操作水平与风险处置能力。紧盯落实“全闭环”销号，实现隐患动态清零。坚持问题导向、结果导向，实行清单式管理、销号式整改。针对检查发现问题常态化开展督导“回头看”，逐项核验整改落实成效，确保不留监管盲区，推动全部风险隐患清零，保障整改工作落到实处。
五 | 下一步，西湖区将以本次专项检查为抓手，常态化开展监督检查和合规指导工作，持续筑牢辖区集体用餐配送单位食品安全防线，全力保障守护重大活动及群众集体用餐安全。
六 | 对此，西湖区市场监管局温馨提示：各订餐单位，单次订餐量若达200人份及以上，请审慎核查供餐单位资质，优先选择持有集体用餐配送许可的单位订餐，签订供餐合同，落实餐品验收，防范食品安全风险。
