一 | The Hague, Oct 15 (UNI) Dutch Crown Princess Catharina-Amalia has moved from her student flat in Amsterdam to the royal palace for security reasons, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima told Dutch media during their state visit to Sweden on Thursday.
"That has enormous consequences for her life. That means she doesn't live in Amsterdam and can't really go outside," Queen Maxima said.

二 | 公约要求各平台严格落实人车双证核验准入机制，严禁向无资质车辆、驾驶员提供注册及派单服务。动态排查存量运力，分批清退不合规对象，确保线上线下人车信息一致。
三 | 建立驾驶员经营行为数据库，归集投诉、执法检查等多维度违规信息，对危险驾驶、拒载甩客等严重违规驾驶员纳入行业禁入名单，实现全平台闭环管理约束，守牢安全底线。
四 | 规范运价与抽成管理。要求平台科学设置运价体系，遵守抽成比例上限，整治补贴冲单、低价倾销等无序竞争行为。落实明码标价规定，公开计价规则、抽成比例及各类收费标准，统筹保障乘客出行权益与驾驶员劳动收益，维护公平的市场竞争环境。压实营运数据报送责任。各签约平台须严格落实数字化治理主体责任，按照监管要求，实时、准确、完整报送营运相关数据。健全车辆、驾驶员、失信人员等工作台账，筑牢网络安全、数据安全及个人信息保护防线，以数字化赋能智慧监管。据介绍，此次发布的2026版自律公约，是在2024年试行版基础上优化升级，全文向社会公开接受社会监督，履行情况将纳入网约车企业年度服务质量信誉考核，压紧压实平台安全生产主体责任。
五 | 公约坚持严管厚爱并重、规范与服务并举，强化网约车从业人员权益保障。通过选树行业服务典型发挥示范作用，传递行业正能量。依托工会搭建沟通渠道，倾听驾驶员诉求，化解从业矛盾，持续推进司机驿站建设，完善停车、充电、休息等服务配套，改善从业环境，增强驾驶员职业获得感与归属感。（央视新闻）。
