C | “白海豚”于7日夜里开始影响我省，截至11日影响时间长达5天，为历史均值的2倍；它在我省穿行约18个小时，滞留时间为历史均值的1.5倍。受其影响，我省出现持续暴雨天气，浙江东部和北部地区出现大范围大暴雨，台州、宁波中南部、温州北部、丽水东部、舟山等地出现特大暴雨，降雨极端性极强。8月7日20时至11日6时，全省累计面雨量215毫米，位列1949年以来登陆浙江台风过程面雨量第一位。根据“白海豚”带来的风雨强度、影响范围等要素综合评估，在1949年以来登陆我省的台风中，它属于特重影响台风，暴雨强度超过1909号超强台风“利奇马”，风雨综合强度与2106号台风“烟花”相当。
D | 据杭州市气象台消息，台风虽已远离，但杭州的雨水并未停歇，预计今明两天多云到阴，每日午后有分散性阵雨或雷雨。
